Tuscaloosa Police arrested a man Wednesday after a brief pursuit that led officers through Rosedale Court.

According to Public Information Officer Stephanie Taylor, a TPD officer observed a man tossing trash out of the sunroof of a BMW while in the 2400 block of Greensboro Avenue at approximately 5:06 p.m.

The officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop, and the driver refused to pull over, leading the officer through Rosedale Court before eventually stopping at the Chevron at 3301 Greensboro Avenue.

A witness to the arrest shared a video of the incident to Facebook yesterday.

27-year-old Cadarious Deontrae Williams was charged with attempting to elude and booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond. Williams was also cited for driving without a license.
