Woodstock Man Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash in Tuscaloosa County Sunday
A young man from Woodstock was fatally injured Sunday in a single-vehicle crash in North Tuscaloosa County, according to Alabama State Troopers.
Senior Trooper Gregory Corble, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, said they were called to a crash at around 10 a.m. Sunday morning on Alabama 171.

Corble said 21-year-old Hunter James Alexander Cook was driving a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado when it left the highway and struck a tree.
The young driver was reportedly not using his seat belt at the time of the collision, and Corble said he was ejected and killed, and pronounced dead at the scene of the accident when Troopers arrived.
The fatal accident happened at about 10:10 a.m. on Alabama 171, about 20 miles north of Northport, in Tuscaloosa County.
No other information was available as the new week began on Monday morning.
