I love seeing successful, talented local entrepreneurs give back to our community. Tuscaloosa Hyundai owner, Barry Buckner, is truly giving back to Tuscaloosa with some unique items.

The holiday "turkey trot" is a two-mile run/walk to support Magic Moments with the goal of bringing light to families that are in need. Wagner's Annual Turkey Trot is a popular event during the holiday season with a flat-timed course, giveaways, and food for all who participate.

Suicide has impacted many lives across Alabama. In the last few years, unfortunately, number of suicide victims has been on the rise. The Tuscaloosa "Out Of The Darkness" walk is taking place this Sunday, September 24 at the Student Center Plaza at 6 p.m. The registration period will begin at 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
