One Person Killed in Fiery Collision Near Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Authorities have confirmed that one person was killed in a fiery collision in Holt Wednesday afternoon.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Senior Trooper Reginal King said 46-year-old Michael Grant Sexton or Tyronza, Arizona was driving a 2007 Western Star Tractor Trailer on Crescent Ridge Road when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet S10 at approximately 3:54 p.m.
The Chevrolet overturned and caught fire, and its driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Identification is pending following confirmation from the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences.
Troopers continue to investigate the accident, and no further details are available at this time.
