Mary C. Lee, age 89, passed away on December 20, 2022 at 2:30 a.m. at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Visitation will be at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home in Northport on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for family. Friends will be welcomed from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Williamson City Cemetery in Northport with Bro. Richard Bowers officiating.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Early Lee Jr.; her parents, Clarence Bennett Christian and Mattie Bell Christian; her brothers, Clarence Bobby Christian and Percy E. (Butch) Christian;and sister, Sarah Christian.

Mary is survived by her sisters-in-law, Doris Christian (Bobby) and Angie Christian (P.E.); and nephews, Clarence Jeffrey Christian (Pam), Charles Bobby (Bubba) Christian (Kim), and Jason Todd Christian (Danica); and nieces, Kimberly Christian Lake (Danny) and Kristy Christian Sanford (Allen); as well as numerous great nephews and great nieces, Jeffrey Brett Christian (Ashley), Ashley Michelle Christian, Chase Bennett Christian (Kelsey), Zachary Noah Christian, Charles Parker Christian (Courtney), Conner Alexander Christian (Megan), Savannah Grace Christian, Samuel Joseph Christian, Jason (Jase) Edwin Christian, Zackery Christian Sanford, Zander Floyd Sanford, and Kloey Angela Lake; great-great nieces and nephews, Kynslee Christian, Karsyn Christian, Beckett Christian and Wells Christian. The family would also like to mention her long-time caregiver Shalon Gulsby. Mary referred to her as the granddaughter she never had and was very appreciative for the support she provided.

Mary worked for Temerson Recycling and Pritchett-Moore as an Administrative Assistant. She was also an avid bowler for many years. She participated in both women's leagues and mixed leagues and won several awards for her accomplishments. She enjoyed bowling at both Leland Lanes and Bama Bowl and made many friends. Another interest in her younger days was fishing with her family and caring for her and Early's dogs (Brownie, Paycus, Scooter, and Patches). Mary loved jewelry and would watch QVC looking for something that might catch her eye.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Christian, Bubba Christian, Jason Christian, Noah Christian, Brett Christian, Parker Christian, and Conner Christian.

Honorary Pallbearers are the former employees of Leland Lanes and Bama Bowl, the Tuscaloosa USBC (Bowling) Association, friends, and neighbors.
