Lenora Strawbridge Burnett (February 4th, 1942 – May 21st, 2026)

Lenora Strawbridge Burnett, 84, of Tuscaloosa, passed away May 21, 2026, at her home at Crimson Village.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel South with Pastor Anderson Walker officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Burnett; parents, Charlie and Laura Strawbridge; brothers, Firrell, Claxton, Finley and Charles Strawbridge; and sisters, Alva Frye, Lois Smith, Connie Dubose and Virginia Porter.

Survivors include her daughter, Hollie Higdon (Chad), grandchild Harrison Higdon, and a host of nieces and nephews.
