Tuscaloosa Teenager Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash Wednesday Night
A teenager from Tuscaloosa died on Wednesday night in a single-vehicle accident in a rural area of north Tuscaloosa County.
Sergeant Reginal M. King, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in the area, said the 18-year-old victim was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado on Yellow Creek Road, north of Lake Nicol.

King said the teenager's truck left the roadway and then overturned as it got back on the road. Troopers report the 18-year-old was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the truck.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
ALEA does not identify juvenile victims of traffic fatalities by name.
The crash occurred on Yellow Creek Road near Alabama 69, approximately 14 miles north of Northport, in Tuscaloosa County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
No other information about the tragic crash was available on Thursday morning.
