The Tuscaloosa County Public Works Department says that Jug Factory Road is closed at its southernmost entrance and that drivers should take McFarland Boulevard as an alternate route.

Many other roads in Tuscaloosa County remain closed following catastrophic flooding caused when Tropical Storm Claudette stalled out over West Alabama Saturday night.
