Tuscaloosa’s New Heights & Stars Academy Hosts Thrills & Chills
Prepare for an evening filled with excitement, spine-tingling scares, and community engagement as New Heights - Stars Academy morphs into the town's most haunted destination for its much-anticipated annual Haunted House event.
“Students have spent weeks in class crafting their own original stories, creating book covers, recording an audiobook, and creating one-of-a-kind 3D scary characters,” said the press release. “Now, these eerie inventions will be featured throughout the haunted house for all to see! From shadowy specters to creepy creatures, each student’s imaginative character adds a personal, spine-tingling twist to the experience.”
Join the community in supporting the students' creative efforts at New Heights—Stars Academy on Tuesday, October 29, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., located at 3834 21st St, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. For an entry fee of just $10, attendees can explore various frightful creations while contributing to school programs.
The event promises a festive atmosphere with local vendors, a photo booth, and activities suitable for all ages, making it an engaging evening for everyone involved.
"Our students have poured their hearts into these stories and characters, and they can’t wait to share their creations with the community," said Courtney Thomas, New Heights - Stars Academy English Teacher. "This is more than just a haunted house. It’s an opportunity for our students to showcase their storytelling talents and creativity."
