DCH Discontinues COVID-19 Testing, Expands Vaccination

DCH Health System will no longer offer drive-thru testing for the novel Coronavirus as the health care provider looks to expand opportunities to vaccinate West Alabama residents against COVID-19.

DCH will cease to operate the remote COVID-19 testing center it opened in the laundry lot outside of DCH Regional Medical Center on Monday, February 1, and begin dedicating its time to providing vaccination to those who qualify.

DCH will offer COVID-19 vaccinations Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 6:20 p.m. and is working to add more appointments to each 10 minute time slot to provide as many vaccinations as possible.
