Buffalo Rock Pepsi Hosting Job Fair Saturday in Tuscaloosa

For those struggling to find a job in the Tuscaloosa area, the wait might just be over.

Buffalo Rock, Tuscaloosa's local Pepsi distributor, is hosting a career fair this Saturday, August 21 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The fair will be located at Buffalo Rock's local office at 401 65th Street in Tuscaloosa, along AL-69 South.

The company is looking for all sorts of workers at this far including account merchandisers, who replenish shelf stock and create the famous Pepsi displays found in grocery stores, and several positions in the warehouses. Buffalo Rock is also looking to hire several Class A CDL truck drivers and fill sales positions.

"Show up, be dressed for success. Be prepared to interview." said Kirk Ingram, a representative for Buffalo Rock. "We want you to kick off your new career with us."

Ingram said interviewees could be offered a job opportunity on site.

In additional to extensive health and dental benefits and a provided 401 (k) plan, Buffalo Rock is also offering a $1,250 bonus for these new positions, which will be paid out over the first year. Class A CDL drivers will get an additional $1,000 bonus within the first 30 days.
