Investigators are asking for the public's help identifying the person responsible for a shooting that injured three victims at a Tuscaloosa apartment complex earlier in June.

Authorities believe the shooting happened just after 11:30 p.m. Friday, June 11 at Branscomb Apartments, a public housing unit located off 60th Street. Two of the three victims were sent to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

"The woman was critically injured and one of the men required surgery," said TPD Public Information Officer Stephanie Taylor. "The other man suffered an injury that wasn’t life-threatening."

The shooting occurred within County jurisdiction and is being investigated by the multi-agency Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.
