Tuscaloosa, Alabama Suspect in Snow Hinton Murder Arrested in Atlanta After Months-Long Manhunt
The suspect wanted for Capital Murder for the May 30 murder of Lorenzo Graham in Snow Hinton Park has been taken into custody, officials confirmed Thursday afternoon.
Davares Rayshun "Ray Ray" Grayson allegedly shot and killed Graham in Snow Hinton Park just after 7:30, with several patrons still at the park.
A manhunt for Grayson has been underway since that night. Grayson was located and was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshalls in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit would like to thank the U.S. Marshalls Taks Force in Tuscaloosa, Atlanta and other surrounding areas for their help locating Grayson.
Grayson's apprehension and arrest has remained a top priority for all local and federal law enforcement agencies in Tuscaloosa County.
Grayson will remain in custody in Georgia until the extradition process is complete. He will then be extradited to Tuscaloosa County.
