Serious Wreck Impacts All Lanes of Traffic on McFarland Boulevard in Northport, Alabama
An accident on one of Northport's main thoroughfares is causing big delays this morning.

Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Traffic Reporter 'Captain' Ray Allen says the wreck occurred at the intersections of Rose and McFarland Boulevards in Northport.
Allen said the eastbound left lane is blocked and the left westbound lane and turn lanes are also blocked. Emergency crews are on the scene, and traffic impacts are expected to continue until 7:30 a.m. Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
