Robert Edwin McCrory, Jr. (August 3rd, 1946 – June 28th, 2026)

Robert Edwin McCrory, Jr., 79 of Sawyerville, Alabama, passed away June 28, 2026, at his home.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Magnolia Chapel South with Rev. Gil McKee officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Edwin and Mary Louise Nelson McCrory, and daughter, Kimberly McCrory Rogers.

Survivors include his son, Keith McCrory (Amanda), sister, Mary Frances McCrory, brother, Jimmy McCrory (Diane), son-in-law, Gene Rogers, grandchildren, Colton Rogers, Adrianna Trosclair (Noah), Jackson McCrory, and Maddie Rogers, and a special friend, Pat Lynn and family.

Pallbearers will be Colton Rogers, Jackson McCrory, Steve Kirk, Trevor McCrory, Fred Glass, John David Williams, Steve Lessman, and Jim Clark. Honorary pallbearers are Cliff Montgomery, Scott Wedgeworth, Fred Haun, Melissa Henry, Lawrence Kirk, Southern Care Hospice, Dr. Tu, and the staff of M.D. Anderson and the staff of Demopolis Oncology.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Cancer Center of America.
