Kickoff Time, Channel for Alabama-Southern Miss Set
Kickoff for the Alabama Crimson Tide's next home game against the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles is set for 6:30 p.m. CST in Bryant-Denny Stadium and will air on the SEC Network.
Alabama was victorious over Southern Miss in their last meeting 49-7 in September 2019. The all-time record between the Crimson Tide and the Golden Eagles falls in favor of Alabama 37-5-2.
Southern Miss is currently 1-1 in the 2021 season, falling to South Alabama 31-7 and shutting out Grambling State 37-0. The Golden Eagles host the 1-1 Troy Trojans before its trip to Tuscaloosa.
Alabama is 2-0 with two blowout victories in the rearview mirror against Miami, 44-13, and Mercer, 48-14. Alabama will travel to Gainseville for its SEC opener against the 2-0 Florida Gators. That game will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. CST and will air on CBS.
It's the first primetime game scheduled for the Crimson Tide in the 2021 season, giving fans a chance to enjoy the LED lights implemented at Bryant-Denny Stadium in 2019 for the first time this season, as well as cooler temperatures.
