Jackie Lee Dixon (March 15th, 1968 – January 2nd, 2023)

Jackie Lee Dixon, age 54, of Fosters, Alabama passed away on January 2, 2023.

His Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Magnolia Chapel North with Bro. Dan Arsenault officiating.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delaney Dixon; mother, Ernestine Walker Dixon; stepmother, Helen Dixon; and stepbrother, Alan Dixon.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn Moore; stepson, Dalton Moore (Mariah); stepsisters, Brenda Spell (Dwain) and Renee Crews (Brad); brothers, Leonard Dixon (Michelle) and Robert Dixon, and stepbrother, Dale Dixon (Mary); grandchildren, Macie and Maddox Moore; father-figure/friend, J.D. Spencer (Bonnie); mother-in-law, Violet Lambert (Ray); father-in-law, Malcolm Davidson (Clarice); multiple nieces and nephews; dogs, Magic and Marla; and a multitude of loving friends.

Jackie was born in Vidalia, GA, and moved to Fosters, Ala. approximately 20 years ago. He was devoted to his career in EMS spending the last 3 ½ years working at DCH Emergency Department. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He loved being on the river, whether it be fishing or just riding. He was one of the kindest, hardest working, big-hearted human beings ever placed on the Earth. He never met a stranger. You will also never meet a bigger Georgia Bulldog fan. Everyone attending the memorial feel free to wear red & black, EMS uniform, fire uniforms, police uniforms, or scrubs. He will love looking down on us and seeing this.
