21-Year-Old Man Found Dead From “Accidental Self-Inflicted” Gunshot Wound in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
A 21-year-old male was found dead in his car in a parking lot off Hargrove Road, Tuscaloosa Police confirmed Saturday.
Stephanie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa Police Department, said that police were called out to Vapors Smoke Shop on reports of a man with a gunshot wound in the parking lot.

When police arrived, they found the victim inside his car already dead. The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit then assumed the investigation.
Marty Sellers, Co-Captain of the Tuscaloosa VCU, told The Thread that at this time, the shooting appears accidental, but self-inflicted.
Officers believe nothing criminal occurred as of this afternoon.
