A portion of McFarland Mall is slated for demolition today, making room for a new SportsPlex in Tuscaloosa.

The Druid City's oldest indoor mall opened on February 19, 1969. The mall has been home to many stores throughout the years, so here's a few of the notable names that have been part of McFarland Mall's history.
