UPDATE, MONDAY 8:30 P.M.: The sheriff's office reports the missing man has returned safely home.

The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office is still searching for a missing man after a day of using canine units, boats and aerial drones failed to locate him Sunday.

Deputy Jessica McDaniel, a spokesperson for TCSO, said 26-year-old Eli Frazier was last seen at the Blue Creek Public Use Area off the Black Warrior River around 8 p.m. Saturday.

Frazier was only clad in shorts and not wearing shoes or a shirt, McDaniel said, and he may have been picked up by a passing vehicle.

McDaniel said TCSO has led an exhaustive search for Frazier since he disappeared Saturday night, including two separate outings from its K-9 unit, a boat search assisted by the Tuscaloosa FIre Rescue Service and searches from the air using small unmanned drones.

So far, no signs of Frazier have been discovered.

"The Sheriff's Office asks that anyone who may have seen Eli, given him a ride or knows his location, please contact investigators immediately," McDaniel said.

Frazier is described as 6 feet, 4 inches tall and 230 pounds. The sheriff's office shared a driver's license photo of the missing man, but noted he has since shaved his head and is now bold.
