Neal Tidmore (June 22, 1968 – January 25th, 2024)

Neal Tidmore, age 55 of Tuscaloosa, passed away January 25, 2024 at home.

Services will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Magnolia Chapel South with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville.

He is preceded in death by his Parents; Lary Eugene and Iris G. Tidmore, grandparents; Amos S. and Ruth L. Tidmore, and James H. and Beatrice S. Griffin and an uncle Virgil Wayne Stokes.

Survivors include his daughters; Bailey Nicole Tidmore, Briley Neal Tidmore, grandchildren; Ellie Grace Tidmore - Nichols, Olivia Joline Tidmore, sister; Dana Jean Tidmore, aunts; Ann Stokes, Shirley Peeples (Paul), Faye Rigsby (Billy), cousins; Elaina Peeples and Mark Rigsby and his forever friend; Carol Ann Tidmore.

Neal was a friend to all, he never met a stranger. He was a loving father and grandfather and an avid golfer. Neal was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and graduated from West End Christian in 1987. He worked numerous jobs over the years. He loved his family the Lord and playing golf with friends. He had an infectious spirit and will be missed by all who knew him.

Pallbearers will be Donny Carruth, Mike Ramsey, Austin Merriweather, Jimbo Barron, Don Black, and Frank Stegall. Honorary pallbearers will be Greene County Men's Golf Group, and Tuscaloosa AA Club.
