I Dream Big Charter School is inviting rising seventh through ninth grade students to lace up their cleats and take the next step toward becoming Future Lions.

Football Summer Conditioning will take place Monday, June 29, from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on the field behind the IDB Café on Stillman's campus.

The program is open to both returning players and students interested in playing football for the first time. Coaches say the sessions are designed to help student-athletes develop their skills, improve their conditioning and prepare for the upcoming football season.

Participants are asked to wear a white T-shirt and navy shorts for the workout.

School leaders encourage any student interested in joining the Lions football program to attend, regardless of experience level. The conditioning sessions provide an opportunity for young athletes to compete, learn the fundamentals of the game and become part of the school's growing athletics program.

For families with students interested in football, organizers say this is a chance to get involved early and begin preparing for the season alongside teammates and coaches.
