One Person Dead After Highway 43 Wreck Near Samantha, Alabama
An accident outside of Samantha claimed one life Thursday afternoon.

Townsquare Media Traffic Reporter "Captain" Ray Allen says the wreck occurred at mile point 233 near Holcomb Road.
"A 50-year-old Jasper man was killed in the accident," Allen said.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the victim or additional details on the accident.
