Cost Kutter Grocery Store Officially Opens Doors in Northport, Alabama
Cost Kutter's first Alabama supermarket has officially opened its doors in Northport.

The Alabama-based grocery distributor had previously only been just that – a distributor of grocery goods – before it took over what was formerly the Save-a-Lot in Buford Plaza off McFarland Boulevard in Northport. The lease agreement was finalized in September 2021.
Northport City Council President Jeff Hogg stopped by the store early Friday morning after they officially opened their doors at 8 a.m. He had nothing but high praise to share about the city's newest business venture.
"As I was looking around, I noticed they had an item/brand I always have a hard time finding. So I started thinking about some items that I always have to go to separate stores to find and guess what? COST KUTTER HAD THEM ALL!" Hogg shared in a Facebook post.
"Not only is the pricing great, but the selection blew me away," he continued. "Give them a shot. They will be happy to have you come in and look."
The store includes a full butcher shop, a robust produce section and more.
