The First Fridays Art Walk returns to downtown Tuscaloosa this Friday, August 4.

The event, organized by the Tuscaloosa Arts Council, is free to the public. It will feature art exhibits at a variety of local galleries and coffee shops.

Harrison Galleries

Each location will display an exhibit unique to the venue. Attendees can expect everything from art by students at Shelton State (Turbo Coffee) to permanent collections of fine art and photography (Harrison Galleries).

There will even be a chance for guests to go home with an Alabama magnet cut and engraved in real time! (Check out Druid City Makerspace for more.)

The Art Walk for this Friday will take place from 5-7 p.m. in the Druid City. Parking is available at the public parking deck on 2207 7th Street.

Attendees are also encouraged to partake in the dining and food options in downtown Tuscaloosa.
