The Tuscaloosa Arts Council will show the final movie in its winter film series plays this Tuesday evening.

Titled "Bama Art House," the film series has already shown the international film "Fallen Leaves" and the live-action Oscar-nominated shorts. The final film, French film "Anatomy of a Fall" is on deck for tonight.

The movie will be shown at the Bama Theatre located on 600 Greensboro Avenue in downtown Tuscaloosa. The screening starts at 7 p.m., with the Bama Theatre's "Bama Bar" opening at 6 p.m.

Genre: Crime, Drama, Thriller
Rating: R

Runtime: 2 hours 31 minutes
Plot (from the Arts Council's press release): "A  woman is suspected of her husband's murder, and their blind son faces a moral dilemma as the main witness."

Note: this is a foreign-language film (French), that will be subtitled.

Tickets are available to purchase online and at the box office prior to each screening. Individual tickets are priced as followed:

  • General Audience - $10

  • Students and Seniors - $9

  • Arts Council Members - $8

Discount Punch Card Tickets are also available for $70. These have expiration date, and are good for any 10 Bama Theatre films.
