Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Traffic Reporter "Captain" Ray Allen says crews will remain on-site until 2:30 p.m. this (Wednesday, February 24) afternoon. Lighting repair work is being done today, and as a result the outside westbound lane of McFarland Boulevard has been closed.

As of 12:49 p.m. traffic was backed up past the Campus Drive exit.
