Tuscaloosa County Deputies Seek Thief Who Stole from Local Charity
Investigators with the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office are asking for help identifying a thief accused of serially stealing from a charity organization running out of Holt Baptist Church.
In a Friday afternoon Facebook post, TCSO said the Wings of Grace Relief Center, a Christian organization that gives food, clothes and toiletries to those in need, has been targeted by thieves several times recently.
According to the post, the thief or thieves are primarily stealing items that have been donated for distribution to the needy.
Deputies now believe the same person or people are responsible for all of the thefts.
Surveillance footage has captured a vehicle and a person who is thought to be involved in the thefts.
