The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a "Wind Advisory" from tonight at 7:00 p.m. until Saturday, March 25 at 7:00 a.m.

It will impact the following counties: Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Marengo, Marion, Perry, Pickens, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston.

* WHAT...SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH 
  EXPECTED.

* WHERE...NORTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ALABAMA.

* WHEN...FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM CDT SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS COULD BLOW AROUND UNSECURED OBJECTS. 
  TREE LIMBS COULD BE BLOWN DOWN AND A FEW POWER OUTAGES MAY 
  RESULT.
