Authorities helped rescue between 75 to 100 dogs from the location.

While the warrant was being executed, deputies located the suspect near a bowling alley in Jasper. The suspect, Orville Brian Nailer, 53, of Nauvoo, was arrested on 28 counts of second degree Animal Cruelty.

Officers took Nailer into custody, while the Jasper Animal Shelter rescued 11 more dogs that were inside his vehicle.

On top of that, Nailer also had a warrant out for failing to appear in court for a ticket he received while driving with a suspended license.

The team continues to rescue dogs from the original residence.
