Two Tuscaloosa Teenagers Charged with Breaking Into Cars
Two teenagers were arrested for allegedly breaking and entering into vehicles at the Millard Creek subdivision in Tuscaloosa County Wednesday early morning.
According to a Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office Facebook post, residents reported three teenagers were allegedly trying to break into unlocked cars in the neighborhood.
Gary DeWayne Harton and Javonte DayShawn Anderson, both 18, and a juvenile suspect were detained after sheriff's deputies stopped their vehicle leaving the neighborhood.
Police found a firearm near the driver of the vehicle that was reported stolen along with several other items.
Anderson and Harton were booked in the Tuscaloosa County jail where they remained Wednesday afternoon. Both suspects were charged with six counts of breaking and entering a vehicle and face combined bonds of $30,000 each.
