Tuscaloosa Police Move Back Into Permanent Headquarters After Renovations
The Tuscaloosa Police Department has relocated back to its newly renovated main headquarters on Trevor Phillips Avenue, as announced on social media Tuesday.
TPD relocated to a temporary headquarters on 2501 Hargrove Road East back in January 2020 in order to renovate the facility. Now after nearly 2 years, Tuscaloosa Police are finally back and operating out of their main building.

Any Tuscaloosa residents looking to file a report or speak with an officer should now go to the permanent headquarters at 3801 Trevor Phillips Avenue, off 35th Street and I-359.
The records division will be closed until Tuesday, September 7 so that files can be unpacked and organized. In the meantime, residents that need to print an accident report can visit the Tuscaloosa Police Department website.
