Bryan Finison, the owner of The Venue, said the space is now open alongside three of its planned amenities -- Liza's Sweet Shoppe, Finny's Pub and Old Chicago Eatery. Finison said the four remaining restaurants are expected to open within the next month and a half.

Liza's Sweet Shoppe, which is named after Finison's daughter, offers ice cream, smoothies and anything for people with a sweet tooth.
