A small plane crash in Bibb County has sent one person to the hospital for their injuries.

The plane crashed down in Bibb County around 8 a.m. Sunday morning along Highway 5 in Brent, Alabama. The scene is taped off just north of the Sawmill restaurant.

According to Tim Reid at CBS 42, the pilot was force to make an emergency landing, which led to the crash. They suffered minor injuries, and were taken to DCH Hospital for treatment.
