Money said they discovered a wrecked vehicle that appeared to have left the roadway and overturned during a storm earlier Sunday morning.

A 25-year-old man was dead at the scene of the accident, she said, and an injured dog was removed from the wreck site by animal control officers.

JCSO has not publicly identified the victim as of Monday afternoon and Money said they are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
