Tuscaloosa residents can expect traffic to look different Monday morning due to a road closure following a crash.

According to Sergeant Reginal M. King with the ALEA, Crescent Ridge Road near 9th Street NE in Tuscaloosa County is currently closed and will remain closed while wrecker crews work to recover the vehicle.

 King said that a single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. Monday, June 22, and has caused a road closure. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are currently on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
