
Former Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban Inducted into College Football Foundation
LAS VEGAS, Nev. - On Tuesday night, former Alabama head coach Nick Saban was officially inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame, cementing his legendary career as a college football head coach with Toledo, Michigan State, LSU, and Alabama.

Saban was one of two coaches inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday night, with former Bowling Green, Utah, Florida, and Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer also inducted.
Saban's career will almost certainly never be topped as the greatest college football head coach of all time, with a career record of 297-71-1, and an Alabama record of 206-29. While at Alabama, Saban won an astounding 120 SEC games and 16 bowl games, as well as winning nine College Football Playoff games among his eight appearances in the CFP. Saban coached in the national championship game 10 times, with seven career national championship wins. Six of those came with the Alabama Crimson Tide. The only time Saban made the CFP and did not coach for the national championship was in 2014.
During his time in Tuscaloosa, Saban won nine SEC Championships, defeating Florida in 2009, Georgia in 2012, Missouri in 2014, Florida in 2015, Florida in 2016, Georgia in 2018, Florida in 2020, Georgia in 2021, and Georgia in 2023.
He also produced 47 first-round draft picks and 133 draft picks overall in the NFL. 60 players won individual awards, and four players won the Heisman Trophy:
