Holy Spirit Sophomore, Grady McClendon, Rescues Tuscaloosa Police Officer

15 year old Holy Spirit Sophomore Grady McClendon is being hailed asa hero.

Grady recently was driving by the lake on a fishing trip. He noticed smoke on the water & a marine patrol boat sinking. Grady took action & rescued the Tuscaloosa police officer on board.

The two are planning to reunite for lunch one day soon.

Grady is embarrassed by the hero talk according to his mom.

Grady took a break from fishing, preparing for the high school state bass tournament championship on Lake Guntersville, to tell his story on the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show.
