Hildred “Hill” Smith (January 24th, 1939 – October 1st, 2022)

Hildred "Hill" Smith, age 83 of Northport, Alabama passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

Services will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 1:00p.m. at Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with visitation at the church from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00p.m.

Burial will follow the service at the church cemetery. Brother Terrell Jones will be officiating.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by Robert and Mary Catherine Smith, Florene Trawick, Josh Smith, Leonard Smith, Estelle Butler, Ilene Traweek, Johnny Smith and Adam Smith.

He is survived by his spouse, Clara Mae Smith; daughters, Sharon Smith (Danny), Susan Watkins (Barry) and Sundie Burt (David); son, Danny Smith (Darlene); several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Shannon Smith, Jared Smith, Brantley Pearson, Robert Phillips, Mitchell Watkins and Jeff Blake.
