Brenda Selman Rowland (June 9th, 1947 – December 23rd, 2025)

Brenda Selman Rowland, age 78, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., passed away December 23, 2025, at her residence.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2025, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Bro. Joe Chandler officiating and Magnolia Chapel North directing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred U. Selman and Aline Selman; brothers, Larry Selman and Freddy Selman; and sister, Patti Selman.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Rowland; daughter, Tiffany Ray; son, Christopher Rowland; brother, Bobby Selman; grandchildren, Destiny Shook, Carmyn Smith, and Ashton Ray Cloud; great-grandchildren, Barrett Shook, Jorja Rae Brown, and Rylan Brown; and niece, Wendy Treglown.

If there are angels on Earth, then Brenda would be one. She loved her family very dearly. She suffered with cancer for 25 years, never complaining and always having a smile for everyone. Words cannot say how much she will be missed.

Pallbearers will be Garrett Shook, Marlon Brown, Kody Selman, Donald Rowland, and Dale Rowland.
