Billie Hoke Fulmer (February 12th, 1941 – February 3rd, 2025)

Billie Hoke Fulmer, age 83, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, passed away February 3, 2025 at Forest Manor Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2025, at Dunn's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Echola, Alabama with Magnolia Chapel North directing.

Billie was born on February 12, 1941, to Inella G. Fulmer and Hoke W. Fulmer in Wetumpka, Alabama.

Billie was preceded in death by his parents, Hoke W. Fulmer and Inella G. Fulmer, as well as his brother, Larry Fulmer.

Billie is survived by his wife, Ann Stamps Fulmer; and her daughters, Pamela Lynn Sorrell and Andrea Sorrell Swindle.

Billie retired after serving 35 years as the budget director of the University of Alabama. His honesty and integrity were unquestionable.
