
Amtrak Train Collides With Semitruck in Vance Thursday, No Injuries Reported
A passenger train collided with a semi-truck in Tuscaloosa County Thursday afternoon, but fortunately, no injuries have been reported from the scene.

A spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office said their deputies and Vance Police Officers responded when a train collided with a semi-truck on Highway 11 in Vance.
The wreck reportedly happened near the KyKenKee, Inc lumber supplier.
Sergeant Josh Hastings said the driver of the truck was not in the cab when the collision happened and could confirm there were no injuries reported in the crash.
No word yet on the disruption the collision will cause to traffic or the train's schedule.
