The Alabama Secretary of State's Office is hosting a mobile voter ID event in Tuscaloosa this weekend. Residents will be able to obtain a free voter identification card at the event which is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Piggly Wiggly on Culver Road.

Those who wish to obtain a free voter ID card must already be registered to vote at their current address and must NOT already have a valid photo ID acceptable for voting.

Voter registration forms will also be available to allow residents to register to vote or update their current voter registration.
