Police Arrest 3 Men After Tuscaloosa County Gunfight Leaves 1 Dead, 3 Hurt
Police in Tuscaloosa County have arrested three people for their alleged roles in a predawn gunfight that left one man dead and three others injured in the Buhl Community Saturday.
Captain Jack Kennedy, the commander of the multi-agency Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, said the deadly exchange took place around 3 a.m. off Pate Road in Buhl.

He said there was an altercation at a gathering at a venue there and gunshots rang out. Four people were wounded, including 20-year-old Cayden Beau Nolen, who did not survive.
Two were hospitalized with serious injuries, and the third victim was wounded but not critically.
Kennedy said since the shooting, police have been interviewing witnesses, processing evidence and studying a very large crime scene, but ultimately identified three suspects and arrested them in different parts of Tuscaloosa County Saturday.
Kennedy said three men, Dallas Clark, Jarrett Booth and Zach Smith, have all been charged with murder for Nolen's death. All three have also been charged with three counts each of attempted murder.
All three suspects are being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail without bond, and Kennedy said more charges are expected for other aspects of this carnage.
Clark is 22 and from Northport. Smith and Booth are both from Buhl and are 23 and 21, respectively.
