A Tuscaloosa man has been arrested and charged with 10 felonies after police officers reportedly found multiple files depicting child pornography on a phone he'd hidden in a toilet.

In new court documents filed Wednesday afternoon, agents of the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force said they served a search warrant at a home on Bellingrath Drive just off Rice Mine Road on the morning of January 6th.

Eventually, officers found a cell phone that reportedly belonged to Randolph Jones Fowler hidden in the tank of a toilet.

A search of the phone ultimately found "multiple photos and videos of obscene material depicting persons under the age of 17 involved in obscene acts."

The court documents detail 10 different videos discovered on the phone which allegedly depicted children involved in sexual acts alone, with other children and in one case, with an adult male.

Fowler, a 38-year-old Tuscaloosa man, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 10 counts of possession of obscene material depicting persons under the age of 17 involved in obscene acts. Each charge is a Class C felony.

Fowler was booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where his combined bond was set at $150,000 -- $15,000 for each felony charge filed against him. He remained jailed at the time of this report's publication.
