The victim, 26-year-old Joshua D. Strozier of Tuscaloosa, was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado when he collided head-on with a John Deere Combine being operated by a man from Florence.

Corble said Troopers found Strozier was not using a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which happened on Alabama Highway 20 in Lauderdale County. The vehicles collided about 11 miles west of Florence city limits.

No other information was immediately available as Troopers with the ALEA's Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
