Tuscaloosa Police Seeking Suspects in Unrelated Cases
The Tuscaloosa Police Department needs your help in solving two more unrelated cases from earlier this month.
A Tuesday Facebook post called for the public's help in the case of a hit-and-run, and a separate credit card theft case.
The first set of photos come surveillance video from the Shell Station on The Strip. The video shows a silver Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 and one of two men who were involved in an incident early on December 3.
The driver of the truck followed another vehicle on to the interstate, at one point ramming the other car and causing substantial damage.
At that point, the passenger of the truck waived a gun at the victims before the Silverado sped away.
The second set of photos depicts a woman using a stolen credit card at the victim's bank to withdraw thousands of dollars. This incident occurred on December 14. The week before, a suspect had shattered the victim's car window and had stolen her purse.
The suspect in the photos drove a white, newer model Ford Expedition Max through the ATM. The SUV had a temporary tag mounted on the back.
Anyone with information on these incidents who can help identify the suspects is encouraged to either call 205-349-2121 or contact CrimeStoppers at 205-752-STOP (7867).
CrimeStoppers offers rewards of up to $1,000.
