Stephen Anthony Howard (January 7th, 1963 – June 19th, 2025)

Stephen Anthony Howard, 62 of Tuscaloosa, passed away June 19, 2025, at DCH Regional Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 10:00 am at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Rice officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nellie Rice; stepfather, Junior Rice; father, William Gary Howard, Sr.; brother, William Gary Howard, Jr.; and brother-in-law, Dennis Williamson, Sr.

He is survived by his sisters, Dottie Howard Williamson; Rhonda Moore; step-sister; Tammy Bannerman, step-brother; Ernie Sellers, step-mother; Ginny Howard, nephew; Dennis Williamson, Jr., Shiloh Howard, Reiner King and great-nephew; Drake Evan Williamson, great niece; Mayzee Howard, and great nephew; Maximus Howard.

Stephen loved Alabama sports. He watched every game that he possibly could. He loved celebrating holidays, his favorite was Christmas and the Christmas Gala. Stephen, most of all, loved his family. He talked constantly of his family and his memories growing up. He remembered everybody and all of the special times he spent growing up with each one. Stephen had so many friends and people that he knew, all by name, who helped take care of him. My brother, we all love you so much, and you will be missed. Fly high in Heaven with all of our family, and I will see you when it's my time.
