The Alabama Crimson Tide may only be three weeks into the 2022 season but that doesn't stop the Southeastern Conference from announcing the 2023 season's schedule. The opponents for next year's schedule have been set for some time now but now fans have dates and can start putting plans into motion.

Alabama will play its traditional 12 game schedule with five road games and seven home games.

The Tide opens up at home for the second straight year, in 2023 the first victim will be the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders on Sept. 2.

On Sept. 9 Alabama fans get to treat the Texas Longhorns to a warm Tuscaloosa welcome in Week 2.

The Tide hits the road in Week 3 by heading down to Tampa to face the South Florida Bulls on Sept. 16.

Just like in 2022 the Crimson Tide opens SEC play in Week 4. Alabama will open conference play on Sept. 23 by hosting Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels.

Alabama nation will then follow the Tide on a short trip down Highway 82 to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Sept. 30.

A second road trip is on deck for the following week as Alabama travels out to College Station to take on Texas A&M on Oct. 7.

Alabama then plays its next three games in a four week stretch in the friendly confines of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The Crimson Tide hosts Arkansas on Oct. 14, Tennessee on Oct. 21, then has a BYE week and then hosts LSU on Nov. 4.

The Tide hits the road on Nov. 11 for a matchup with Mark Stoops and Kentucky. The final opportunity for Alabama fans to see the Tide at home will come on Nov. 18 when Nick Saban hosts Tennessee-Chattanooga.
