Saturday Morning Crash in Tuscaloosa County Kills McCalla Man
A McCalla man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama Law Enforcement State Troopers said Saturday afternoon.

Reginal King, spokesperson for the Troopers in West Alabama, said the crash occurred at 3:44 a.m. on Tannehill Parkway, three miles east of Woodstock in Tuscaloosa County.
The driver, identified as 33-year-old Jackie L. George, was driving a 1998 Ford F-150 when he left the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
No further details were available Saturday as the State Troopers continue to investigate the accident.
